Wells-next-the-Sea is a very popular tourist destination, situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty , in the centre of the north Norfolk coast boasting one of the best beaches in the country. As well as summer visitors, the area is frequented during the autumn, winter and spring with walkers, bird watchers and cyclist's. Close by there are a number of stately homes to visit. During peak times, i.e. public and school holidays, accommodation is at a premium and early booking is strongly advised.

This web version of the Wells-next-the-Sea Accommodation List allows you to search for properties that have current and future availability for the dates you wish to visit. Properties that are fully booked for the date range you choose will not show up in the search results if the exclude fully booked option is chosen. Select the filters of your choice by clicking on the icons for children, WiFi, dog friendly, off road parking etc.

Clicking on the image of a property or the property name will take you to a more detailed page, where you can view further information, special offers, owner's messages, a location map with directions, contact details and a calendar showing both available and fully booked dates for the current and future months.
